You can also use rsync and/or http://code.google.com/p/rsync-backup/ which also handles incremental backups. (If you have developer mode enabled).

Does factory reset also format the sdcard? Should have been smart enough to remove the sdcard or take a backup of the vault.tar, but since I didn't, I lost everything. The sdcard is empty after reset....
